Cover the entire headband with a ribbon (you can find so many choice here),
You can start from the lower part, adding glue from time to time to secure the ribbon as best as possible.
Sew the bezel and pearls to the upper part of the headband (you can do it with any kind of thread you prefer).
At the base of the pearls add a small glass bead.
Decorate it as you prefer.
