General sales terms and conditions
1 - Object
The following sales terms and conditions concern the long-distance purchasing of products and/or services through the internet on www.hobbyperline.com, property of NAIF s.r.l. with registered office in Italy at Via Archimede 7, 00015 Monterotondo (Roma). Each purchasing operation will be regulated pursuant to the Legislative Decree dated 22 May 1999 n. 185 and Legislative Decree n. 196/03 “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali”, that regulates the processing of personal data – including data stored abroad – effected by anyone who resides or has a business office in Italy.
2 - General terms of sale acceptance
Through computerized sending of his order of purchasing, the client declares He has read all terms and conditions of sale, modes of payment and purchasing procedures.
3 - Purchasing procedures and prices
Before confirming the order you will be presented with a recapitulation of the amount to be spent, and you will have the chance to modify or even delete the entire order.
The price of each product is clearly visible on the website, VAT-inclusive. To the price indicated one has to add the delivery charge, which differs depending on the delivery method requested. In case the product you required is unavailable you’ll be informed by e-mail. NAIF s.r.l. reserves the right to change the price shown on www.hobbyperline.com without prior notice.
4 - Shipment and payment
Shipment methods can be found in the “Shipping” section by clicking on Customer Service.
The amount of time requested for a delivery shown on the website is an approximation and is not established by NAIF s.r.l.
5 - Right to cancel
Our clients, defined pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 185/99 also “consumers”, have the right to cancel their order although no later than 10 working days after the day they received the products.
Cancellation of any product must be communicated by parcel with advice of delivery and quote of order reference number. It is possible to anticipate the cancellation of the contract by fax or e-mail, but within 2 days we need to receive a parcel with advice of delivery.
The product must be sent back within 10 days from its delivery; it has to be in its original wrapping and must not be damaged in any way. Shipping charges are at client’s expense.

7 - Jurisdiction
All sales terms and conditions can be modified by NAIF s.r.l. without prior notice and are to be considered effective from the day they are published on www.hobbyperline.com. All sales terms and conditions are nonetheless regulated by Italian law and all litigation shall be regulated by an Italian Court.
